Working for a GC with a particular client and having specialty needs, Edge Fall Protection has come through time and time again for us! They are quite possibly the easiest supplier to work with. We installed 3 hand rails. Service provided by Andy P. was great, he listened to the needs and recommended what it was best and easier to the setting, he helped me through the whole process from getting a quote until receiving the products. Hand rails arrived on time, there are several versatile products that accommodate to every specific need, and quality of products is excellent. It was extremely easy to install the flush and floor mounts.

I worked with Shaefer to come up with a solution to add protection to our roof top units to an existing walk way on our sloped roof. I began with just a need of a few items, but Shaefer continued to review facility pictures and provide additional solutions. In the end he came up with a complete system to satisfy OSHA requirements. He was great to work with and the product looks great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for roof fall protection.

We purchased the EFP 360 Mobile Safety Rail System. The railing was top notch quality and will work perfectly not just for the application we purchased it for but many other applications. The sales team was extremely helpful and worked well with us to ensure we got the product which best suited us. Unfortunately I am unable to add a photo as the project this was used on does not allow photos, but its just as it's pictured on their website.

When I ordered the Gate, Matt was very easy to work with. He walked me thru all the details of measurements needed and got right back to me that day with a price and pictures of the pallet gate. When it arrived some of it was missing. I called Matt after getting nowhere with the shipping company. Edge Fall shipped me an entire new gate No questions asked and let me keep the remains of the first shipment. We installed the gate ourselves and are very happy with the final product. It Looks great and works very well. Thank you Matt and Edge Fall Protection for making our facility safer.

We recently completed a fire station where a serviceable unit was less than 10' from the leading edge so the contractor asked us to help find a solution. I reached out to Edge Fall Protection for a non-penetrating OSHA compliant safety rail system and was put in contact with Corey Eberle. Corey was very responsive, and very helpful in putting together a quote that fit the customers' needs. The customer accepted the price and Corey had the product shipped within the week and we installed it. Installation was very quick and easy. I look forward to working with Edge in the future.

I'm new at purchasing outdoor straight steel staircases. I tried a few other companies, all of whom said they weren't able to help me and that was the end of the conversation. Then I called Edge Fall Protection, LLC. and spoke with Alyssa. Although their products did not fit my needs, Alyssa not only provide me with vital information, which was extremely helpful, but she went out of her way to help me find someone who did. She spent her time and made my project simple to complete. Although I did not purchase anything from Edge Fall Protection, LLC, if Alyssa is a reflection of their company, you can expect great service and I believe great products from them. A quality made product with easy assembly. It is very rigid and secure. The expanded metal steps and platform will prevent slippage in the winter time up here in Minnesota. The sales people were prompt in replying to my email and were well versed in the details of their product. They also have other people to follow up to make sure we have been contacted in a timely manner and are satisfied with their service. The end product is worth the extra cost. Erectastep will be our first choice in the future.
