The free standing Ladder Guard safely guides individuals towards or away from an access ladder. The ladder safety rail system clamps onto the boarding rails of the ladder and are supported by either a base flange or our standard 360 Mobile Base.

Our Roof Access Ladder Guard Safety rail system is an OSHA compliant non-penetrating roof guardrail system that leads employees and contractors away from the leading edge while keeping them enclosed in an area until they are a safe distance away from the roof edge.
Our ladder safety guard guardrail system is a completely non-penetrating OSHA-compliant guardrail system that incorporates into all of our other mobile safety rail systems. Whenever modifications or adjustments need to take place on your rooftop, the Roof Access Ladder Guard can be removed until the work is completed, and then placed back on the rooftop.
Roof Access Safety
While being on the rooftop has the highest percentage of fall-related deaths, ladders have the second-highest as a percentage of overall deaths. Addressing roof access safety is paramount when looking at your overall fall protection plan. Our ladder safety guard guardrail system makes transitioning from ships or access ladders as simple and safe as possible. We use our ladder spanners to connect directly from our Ladder Guard Guardrail to the existing boarding rails or stringers of the access ladder. These ladder spanners are standard as a hot-dipped galvanized option or powder coated safety yellow and are adjustable for simple installation. Once exiting the access or ship’s ladder, our guardrail system will lead you up to 15′ away from the leading edge. Push the standard self-closing safety gate to enter the rooftop, and all employees and contractors will be a safe distance from the leading edge.
