Permanent or Non-Penetrating?
We sell both, and we will tell you honestly which one your site calls for.
- Choose permanent when the structure can be fastened without warranty concerns — concrete decks, steel mezzanines, equipment platforms — or where the layout will not change and you want the lowest profile possible.
- Choose non-penetrating on a warrantied membrane roof, where relocation is likely, or where drilling is off the table for the building owner.
Plenty of facilities end up with both: permanent rail on the interior mezzanines and weighted rail on the roof. One quote, one install crew, one documentation package.
